Dr. Peyman Ezzati is a Ph.D. Polymer Scientist and an internationally recognized expert in polymer engineering, elastomers, sustainable materials, and circular economy technologies, with over 15 years of experience in industrial R&D and innovation leadership. He is currently the Director of the Rubber R&D Department at ERA Co., Ltd., Taizhou, Zhejiang, China, where he leads research on energy-efficient elastomer systems, sustainable rubber and polymer materials, and circular economy solutions. His work focuses on developing low-carbon materials, advanced compounding technologies, and recycling strategies for industrial applications. Dr. Ezzati is also the Founder of Dr. Compound, an international platform dedicated to polymer innovation, professional training, and technical consulting, and serves as a consultant to OSMOTEC (Australia). Prof. Sezgin Ersoy is a Professor in the Department of Mechatronics Engineering, Faculty of Technology, at Marmara University, Istanbul, Turkey. He is the Director of the Ersoy Advanced Research Group in Mechatronics and Artificial Intelligence, an interdisciplinary research group dedicated to advancing intelligent engineering systems through the integration of mechatronics, artificial intelligence, and emerging technologies. With extensive experience in mechatronics engineering and AI-driven systems, Prof. Dr. Ersoy’s academic and research activities focus on the development of intelligent automation, smart mechanical–electronic systems, robotics, control systems, and applied artificial intelligence. Dr. Suzanne Saffie-Siebert is the Chairwoman and Chief Executive Officer of SiSaf Ltd, United Kingdom, and the founding scientist behind the company’s innovative drug delivery platforms.
